Moturoa Association Football & Sports Club Renewal Application

MOTUROA ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL AND SPORTS CLUB INCORPORATED of 136 Ngamotu Road, MOTUROA, NEW PLYMOUTH 4310 has made an application to the New Plymouth District Licensing Committee for the grant of a Renewal Club Licence for the premises situated at 136 Ngamotu Road NEW PLYMOUTH 4310 known as MOTUROA ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL & SPORTS CLUB.

The general nature of the business conducted (or to be conducted) under the licence is a Class 3 Club - Club Licence.

Days and Hours:

Monday to Friday                                                             7:30pm to 10:00pm
Saturday                                                                            12:00 Midday to 10:00pm
Sunday                                                                               12:00 Midday to 6:00pm

 

The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours by arrangement – email DLC@npdc.govt.nz or phone 06 759 6060 to speak to the Alcohol Licensing Team.

 
Objections
Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at Private Bag 2025, New Plymouth 4342. 


This publication was made on 3rd March 2026.


Objecting to the issue of new licence: No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105(1) of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
 
Objecting to the renewal of an existing licence: No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
